Exercise in everyone's life is really very important. It helps you in achieving the desired physical fitness level. At the same time diet also plays an important role. Whether you are a jogger or a runner, or going to GYM with the idea of bodybuilding you need to exercise.

Is Fitness really important ? If yes then why?

Yes off-course it is. In today's world, fitness of an individual plays really an important role. It's equally important as that of mental fitness. Physical fitness helps you to strengthen your bones, control weight, reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes and many more benefits. And today many people are caring about their health.

So how you do that. Going to gym and workout, jogging and running ; there are many activities which you can do to keep yourself physically fit. It basically depends upon your goals in fitness field.

  • If you want to build muscles, gym is a great option. By going to gym you interact with many people including new friends and trainers which may help you reaching your goal faster.


  • If you want fitness you may opt for health fitness clubs which have zumba classes. Trust me you'll enjoy those sessions and burn a lot of fat and calories.


  • You can also choose outdoor games like football, handball, basketball, etc for having good stamina, endurance, mobility and flexibility. Infact these games also act as source of recreation.


  • You can also practice yoga at home. One of the most effective if Surya namaskar. Begin by practicing one and increase one daily. You would be surprised by seeing the results after days

This was just a part. The other part is diet. We all have heard about balanced diet. It includes all the necessary nutrients like carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, fibers, vitamins and minerals. Stop eating those junk foods. They won't boost your immunity level but they may worsen the conditions.


 Eat green vegetables, fruits, oats, dairy products, meat, pulses, etc. You can also take help of supplements if your diet is not sufficient to provide your daily nutrition requirements.

So keep a good fitness level and live freely.
