Exercise

Exercise is an activity of body which an individual performs to maintain good physical fitness and health. He/She may do it by going to gym or running. The most important thing is to do any kind of physical activity. It even helps in weight loss and getting those six packs.😁




Every individual who is born on this earth has full freedom to live freely. It's his/her choice how he/she lives. But to live freely, happily and safely our body demands one of the most important thing which is health. So how do you get that so called "health". Is it available in the market or in the books or can I borrow it from someone? No, not at all. You get healthy by exercising. The better you exercise the more you can eat and enjoy.

Exercise, does that means jogging or running? Partly correct. But exercises can be divided into following parts :

Aerobic exercise : It's in the name itself. Means breathing. Performing these kinds of exercises increase your breathing capacity and helps in healthy flow of blood rich in oxygen through out the body. These exercises reduces the chances of diabetes and heart diseases.
Some examples are :

  • Running
  • Walking
  • Hiking
  • Dancing or Zumba classes
  • Mountain climbers
  • Cycling
  • Rowing
  • Swimming

Strength exercise : These are the exercises which are more important from any point of view.
It's basically strength training in which you need to lift the weights or work against resistance. Strength exercises help you in getting stronger bones and bigger muscles.
Some examples are
  • Weight training
  • Resistance band training

Flexibility : It's that part of training which people don't give much importance. They are doing it wrong. As body requires warm up just before an activity similarly, body needs to be stretched after workouts or cooldown stage. Flexibility increases range of motion and mobility.

Exercise is best for reducing weight. But, in today's world some people do love keeping themselves fit and others have 100 reasons not to exercise.
  1. You might have heard people saying that "I would begin exercising from next year". So called "new year resolution". This just remains their wish. They don't work on them.😤
  2. Some say that "I am too busy to exercise". Are you too busy to spare 20 mins to your body?
  3. While some give the reason that "I am too old or young to workout in gym or exercise". Literally I have even seen 60+(age) people working out in gym. So there shouldn't be any problem for you to exercise.
  4. Some give the reasons of "getting tired". But they don't understand no pain no gain.

Just don't keep these kind of mentality. Throw that negativity and arrogant attitude.
You can start slow but at least start !
  • Focus on how you can make exercise more interesting.
  • Start exercising with your friends. Push each other beyond the limits.
  • Listen to motivational or rock songs. Which will pump you up.
  • Take the help of trainers if you want to.
  • Share you activity with your friends so that the boost you. Who knows if they also get motivated!😇

Exercise is one of the best thing you can do to loose belly fat. Even your mental health becomes good. No more anxiety, depressions or tensions.

So thinking to start your journey. Hold on just look at with which intensity you can perform.

  • Low intensity : You can chit chat with your partner while exercising.

  • High intensity : You need to have good control over breathing. You would be breathless several times.


So, its your choice with which intensity you want to perform your activity. And trust me the results would be awesome!
